I found Vermont Moonlight Cookies through a general Internet search for maple cookies,  Of course, I found tons of sites, however, Barbara's was easy to read, warm and friendly.  I like the fact that she bakes her own cookies and that I wouldn't be getting a factory- produced product.  I received my first order of maple shortbread in record time and my family and I think they're awesome.  I then placed a second order for a larger quantity to share with my family and friends at Thanksgiving.
