If you’ve ever been in Vermont in the spring, you know what mud season is like. This cookie is named after that season because we were trying to find a Vermont theme, but the look of mud is as far as the resemblance goes. An extremely rich chocolate-chip cookie. Chocolate and white chips, cocoa and cashews make this cookie a chocoholic’s dream. Packaged in a cellophane bag and tied with olive-green ribbon.
